    Performed with a receiving tube and a sterile single-use needle — never a clamp-and-gun.

    Anatomy is checked first; we pierce the soft tissue, never the cartilage wall.

    Initial jewelry is typically a titanium circular barbell or clicker, sized for swelling.

    Healing window is 6–8 weeks for the fistula, 4–6 months to fully settle.

Aftercare

Less is more.

We give every client a simple, APP-aligned aftercare routine. No twisting jewelry, no harsh cleansers.

  • Saline spray two to three times daily; avoid flipping the jewelry up and down while healing.
  • Skip spicy food and harsh nose-blowing for the first two weeks.
  • Return for a downsize when swelling subsides.

How much is the jewelry?
Jewelry is priced separately from the service. Implant-grade ASTM F-136 titanium studs and clickers start around $30. Nickel-free 14k and 18k solid gold ranges from $80 to $300+. Selected BVLA solid gold ends are available for healed piercings.
What is the jewelry made of?
Every fresh piercing is installed with either implant-grade titanium (ASTM F-136) or nickel-free 14k or 18k solid gold. We do not use surgical steel, plated metals, or unknown alloys.
Can I bring my own jewelry?
Yes — if it meets Association of Professional Piercers safety standards. We will inspect the piece first. We will not install jewelry of unknown material or quality.
Do you use a gun or a needle?
Sterile single-use needles only. Never a piercing gun. Piercing guns can shatter cartilage, cannot be sterilized to a safe standard, and force blunt jewelry through tissue.
How painful is a nose piercing?
A quick sharp pinch for two to three seconds. Most clients rate the sensation around 3/10. Septum and high nostril piercings can feel slightly more intense, though septum is over almost immediately.
