Sterile single-use needles, every time
Every piercing is performed with a sealed, single-use needle opened in front of you and disposed of immediately after use. We do not use, own, or recommend piercing guns.

Autoclave-sterilized tools
All reusable tools — receiving tubes, forceps, jewelry — are cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, bagged in indicator pouches, and steam-sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave.

Implant-grade jewelry only
Implant-grade ASTM F-136 titanium and nickel-free 14k or 18k solid gold for every fresh piercing. We do not install surgical steel, plated metal, or unknown alloys.

APP-standard technique
Our piercers follow the Association of Professional Piercers (safepiercing.org) guidelines for placement, sterilization, jewelry standards, and aftercare.

Honest consultation
If your anatomy doesn't support the placement you want, we will tell you. We will not pierce against tissue health for a sale.

Modern, simple aftercare
Sterile saline two to three times a day. No twisting, no harsh cleansers. Free downsize at 8–10 weeks so you can wear a shorter, more comfortable post.
